A great deal of training is given at HİDROMEK on technical products and components, design, personal development, OHS, and etc.
In all technical training provided at our company, applications are carried out for the development of technical skills in our training center and workshops and on the platforms where the latest technology is used. A new training center will be available on our new production base in the coming years.
With the strategic human resources planning approach; we contribute to the training of our technicians who will work in production with the vocational training project in industrialist cooperation (SİMEP), our technicians within the scope of vocational school-industry cooperation, and our future engineering staff with the construction equipment option program within the scope of university-industry cooperation.
Our employees newly joined HİDROMEK family and to be working in technical positions are given technical, corporate, competence, etc. training related to the work they will do, thanks to our academy, before starting their duties. With this training, they adapt to the workplace much faster and can fulfill their duties successfully. We have training programs in the fields of after-sales services, design, production and sales.
With school-industry cooperation projects, long-term collaborations that cover the entire education period are established. Students graduate with the required qualifications and competency having an idea about the job they will do and the corporate culture, knowing what they want, being goal-oriented, and start their business life one step ahead compared to new graduates. Within the framework of collaborations, all students at HİDROMEK have the priority to be employed.
As being the first private institution to become a member of the European Alliance for Apprenticeships and with the successful implementation of the SİMEP project in our company, we were entitled to receive the award for excellence in vocational education in the large companies category in Helsinki in 2019.
