HİDROMEK, which was founded on May 1, 1978, Ankara by mechanical engineer Hasan Basri Bozkurt, started its activities with the production of attachments on agricultural tractors. HİDROMEK, the manufacturer of the first construction machine produced in Turkey, has its mark in the sector for nearly half a century with its wide product range.
HİDROMEK produces backhoe loaders, hydraulic excavators, wheel loaders, motor graders and soil compactors in its six production facilities, four in Ankara, one in Izmir and one in Thailand. HİDROMEK also continues the construction of HİDROMEK Production Base, which is being built in an area of more than 1.4 million m² of the Industrial Zone.
HİDROMEK widened its international network through its international offices HİDROMEK WEST in Spain, HİDROMEK RUS in Russia and HİDROMEK JAPAN in Japan. While having authorized dealers in more than 80 countries, HİDROMEK also has over 100 overseas sales and service points.
During the 42 years of successful journey, HİDROMEK became the first and only Turkish machinery manufacturer on "Yellow Table". HİDROMEK also started to produce main components such as gearboxes, axles and hydraulic reducers which were previously imported.
WON 20 INTERNATIONAL DESIGN AWARDS IN 42 YEARS
HİDROMEK stands out in the global market with machines with innovative design by HİDROMEK Design Studio, one of the leading vehicle design studios in Turkey. Combining its production experience with design power, HİDROMEK has won 20 internationally prestigious awards including Red Dot Best of the Best, If Design, German Design, Automotive Brand Contest and Good Design.
With the goal of specializing in electric construction equipment category of the future, HİDROMEK manufactured the first 100 % electric city wheel excavator. HİDROMEK continues to develop new products with the aim of meeting its customers' needs under one brand in construction machinery industry.
